Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Processing may take up to 30 days. Some records may be retained when required by Indian law, tax rules, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or security obligations.

How To Request Deletion

Email support@sellyourscrap.in with the subject "SellYourScrap Account Deletion Request".
Include your full name, registered mobile number, and registered email address if available.
Our support team will verify your request and confirm next steps.
You will receive confirmation when eligible account data has been deleted.
